The sale of new cars in Serbia reached its best result in the past five years, with a 10% increase in 2024 compared to 2023. A total of 27,862 new cars were sold in Serbia, surpassing the number from the last year before the pandemic. The Secretary-General of the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Parts Importers, Boris Ćorović, highlighted that gasoline cars dominate with 45.9%, followed by hybrids at 31.7%, and diesel cars at 18.9%. Fully electric vehicles account for 1% of sales.
