54th Festival of Dramatic Amateurs in Bijelo Polje

The 54th Festival of Dramatic Amateurs in Bijelo Polje begins tonight and will last for five days. The festival will feature 11 theatrical performances from various cities in Montenegro, seven of which are competitive.
