MINISTER ADŽOVIĆ’S POLITICAL REVENGE SMASHES DEVELOPMENT IN ALBANIAN MUNICIPALITIES IN MONTENEGRO!
Right from the start of her term, Minister Majda Adžović has shown that her politics are about personal revenge, not serving the people. The Albanian Forum and the head of their parliamentary club, Artan Čobi, don’t mince words: Adžović continues a pattern of anti-Albanian politics, first in Ulcinj, and now she’s brutally attacking the municipality of Tuzi, where Albanians are the majority.
What’s going on in Tuzi?
Without any legal justification, the minister canceled an already completed procedure for selecting a contractor to build a sports center worth 10 million euros! Yes, you read that right — ten million euros for developing Tuzi, and the minister halts it like it’s her personal vendetta.
Why?
Čobi claims Adžović is acting in service of the former DPS-SD regime, which for years deceived Tuzi’s citizens with empty promises about halls, roads, and major projects — but delivered almost nothing. Now, driven by political revenge, the minister tries to stop every developmental step where Albanians have a key role in decision-making.
The consequences?
This move not only brutally obstructs the lawful development of the municipality but also potentially puts the minister in the zone of criminal responsibility. The project is fully compliant with the law, funds are secured from the capital budget, and the procedure was properly conducted by the municipality of Tuzi.
The Albanian Forum didn’t support her appointment for no reason!
This behavior confirms their suspicions that the minister won’t work in the citizens’ interest but will politically obstruct the development of Albanian municipalities. Čobi calls on Adžović to immediately stop political obstruction and allow the legal procedure for selecting the contractor to continue. Any further delay is proof of her political bias and open action against the interests of Tuzi’s citizens.
Will the minister bear political and legal responsibility?
If she doesn’t stop, it will be clear she bears full responsibility for obstructing the development of a local community and grossly violating the will of its citizens. The Albanian Forum will not allow this to happen.
Conclusion
While Montenegro talks about development and democracy, Minister Adžović shows that politics is about personal revenge and discrimination. Is this the right path for a country that wants to develop and respect the will of all its citizens? Or is this just another example of how political games destroy chances for progress?
