This morning, a tragic accident with a fatal outcome occurred on the A3 highway near Lipovljani, Croatia. An unidentified man crossing the highway on foot was struck by a car with Kutina license plates. The vehicle was driven by a 48-year-old Croatian citizen traveling in the left lane towards Zagreb from Lipovac.
