The police in Turin have arrested a suspect believed to have set fire to a building where a 35-year-old man, Jakopo Pereti, tragically lost his life. The fire also injured five others, including two minors. The arson is reportedly motivated by personal reasons, unrelated to the victim.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges citizens to be vigilant and immediately call firefighters if they spot a fire. Penalties for violating fire safety laws range from 10,000 to 1 million dinars.
Recently, a large fire broke out near Vinča, affecting a weekend settlement where about 50 cottages were completely destroyed. Firefighters and volunteers are tirelessly working to control the fires and save property.
