Temperatures below zero make roads slippery, which lengthens stopping distances and increases the risk of accidents. There are no hold-ups for vehicles at toll stations and passenger border crossings. At freight terminals, vehicles are waiting at the Kelebija, Batrovci, and Bogojevo crossings for 60 minutes, and at Šid.
