Hajduk is stepping on the gas!
After introducing the new sports director Goran Vućaronević, Hajduk continued strengthening their squad. Just one day after signing right-back Fran Karaćonić from Lokomotiva, young midfielder Adrion Pajaziti arrived at Poljud, signing a contract until summer 2027.
Pajaziti, born in London, started his career in Fulham’s youth academy and spent last season on loan at Gorica, where he played 23 matches and scored three goals, including against Osijek, Dinamo, and Hajduk. He will now wear the number 4 jersey at Hajduk and will join the first team training as early as Tuesday.
The young midfielder has represented youth national teams of Kosovo and Albania and made his senior debut for Albania this year in a match against England at Wembley.
Hajduk clearly is not holding back when it comes to strengthening the team and aims to build a serious squad for the upcoming seasons. Will Pajaziti become the new big name at Poljud? Only time will tell, but his performances have already caught attention and raised expectations.
