It all happened while Slaven Tica was the director of the Traffic Institute CIP, which, in cooperation with the University of Belgrade and the Traffic Faculty, signed a contract with the Serbian Railways Infrastructure for the development of a technological study of the Belgrade railway junction. This study, led by Miloš Milenković, one of Bojović’s closest associates, reportedly cost around half a million euros – and that’s just for one study!
Million-Euro Deals and Political Connections
Bojović was the president of the Assembly of the Serbian Railways Infrastructure, where he personally approved the report on the completion of works at the Novi Sad railway station, worth several million euros. Although he was the head of the system, after the canopy collapse at the station, Bojović resigned but never gave the public answers about what really happened.
Moreover, Bojović was seen in a capital city restaurant in the company of blockade leaders, Rector Vladan Đokić, former basketball player Dejan Bodiroga, and the special prosecutor for organized crime Mladen Nenadić. Is this just a coincidence or a deeply rooted network of power and influence?
