Drugs, Speed, and Danger: 22-Year-Old Seriously Injured in Primošten Moped Crash!
Tonight in Primošten, a real drama unfolded on the road! A 22-year-old young man, under the influence of drugs, lost control of his moped and suffered serious injuries. Yes, you read that right – drugs and irresponsibility on two wheels!
It all happened on a right blind curve, where the moped driver with Šibenik plates, due to a worn-out rear tire and inappropriate speed, lost control and fell onto the roadway. The result? Serious bodily injuries and emergency admission to Šibenik hospital, where he remains under treatment.
But that’s not all! Police confirmed the young man tested positive for drugs but refused to provide blood and urine samples for analysis. He now faces charges for multiple traffic safety violations.
This is not just another traffic accident – it’s a wake-up call for all of us! How is it possible that young people still drive under the influence of drugs and with faulty vehicles? How many more tragedies must happen before something changes?
Meanwhile, the police tirelessly work to punish such offenses, but is it enough? Is society strict enough with these dangerous drivers?
