Guatemala will accept deported migrants from the U.S.

The President of Guatemala, Bernardo Arevalo, stated that Guatemala will accept migrants from other countries who are deported from the USA, according to an agreement on being a “safe third country.” The deported individuals will be returned to their home countries at the expense of the USA.
