The infographic shows the most sought-after jobs in the EU according to online job advertisements from 2023. According to Eurostat data, information and communication technology (ICT) specialists are among the most in demand, with around 871,000 advertisements. Software developers are also in high demand. In addition to technical skills, workers in sales, marketing, accounting, logistics, as well as in production and transport, are sought after. Advertisements do not always guarantee new jobs, as employers sometimes post them.
