Nikica made boxes with wool for shipping food and medicine.

Nikica Marinković from Vršac designed eco-friendly cardboard boxes for transporting food and medicine that use sheep’s wool as a natural thermal insulator. The idea arose from the need for a healthier alternative to styrofoam, which is considered unhealthy. The wool is compressed and wrapped in waterproof paper, allowing the boxes to be reused and recycled. Marinković’s product has received accolades at international competitions and is present in markets in Saudi Arabia, Romania, Poland, and Austria. His goal is to expand further.
