Montenegro-Serbia Relations Are Improving Gradually

The Ambassador of Montenegro to Serbia, Nebojša Đoković, stated that relations between Montenegro and Serbia have been on a slight upward trend in recent years and he expects this trend to continue. He emphasized that citizens deserve good, friendly, and brotherly relations, and that while learning from the past, the focus should be on the present and future. Đoković highlighted that there are practically no open issues between the two countries, and that regional cooperation and European integration are top foreign policy priorities. He also stressed that much unites Montenegro and Serbia, and little divides them.
