The Association of Municipalities of Montenegro has submitted an initiative to the Ministry of Labor for amendments and supplements to the Labor Law aimed at modernizing and improving the legal framework. The proposed amendments are based on real practice and court cases that have led to reduced legal certainty and functionality of local government work. The Association of Municipalities expects feedback on further proceedings.
