Late last night in Skopje, on Partizanski Boulevard, 22-year-old designer Frosina Kulakova from Negotin tragically passed away after being hit by a car driven by a 20-year-old man. Frosina had earned public admiration for her designs at the annual show of the International Fashion Institute “Izet Curi.” Fellow citizens are expressing support for her family in this difficult time. She is also remembered by the public for her performance at the Junior Eurovision in 2007, where she achieved 5th place.
