Živorad V., an Austrian pensioner, was killed in a traffic accident on the Požarevac – Petrovac road when his car collided with an ambulance vehicle. The accident happened while he was going to get medicine in Petrovac na Mlavi. His family is in shock and is waiting for the arrival of his son and daughter-in-law from abroad to organize the funeral. According to unofficial information, the most likely cause of the accident was the failure to yield the right of way by the driver of the passenger vehicle. Three people from the ambulance sustained minor injuries.
