China and the US Agree on Framework for Implementing Leaders’ Consensus

China and the United States held two days of talks in London and agreed on a framework to implement the consensus reached by their leaders during a phone call on June 5. Chinese official Li Chenggang stated that the talks were professional, rational, and sincere, and that this progress will help strengthen trust and promote stable and healthy development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.
