A regional passenger plane collided with a military helicopter near Reagan National Airport in Washington, resulting in both aircraft ending up in the Potomac River. At least 19 bodies have been recovered, with no survivors. According to an FAA report, the staff in the control tower was not adequately equipped for the workload.
