Attack on Water Supply in Rakitovo Village near Jagodina

During the night between Saturday and Sunday in the village of Rakitovo near Jagodina, an unknown person severely damaged the air valve on the main pipeline supplying water to three large villages, threatening the water supply for about 10,000 people. The political party Jedinstvena Srbija called this act a terrorist attack and urged the authorities to punish it severely. Quick intervention by the public utility workers prevented any interruption in water supply. Local authorities emphasize that Jagodina is a city of peace and order and will continue policies aimed at the welfare of all citizens.
