From June 16 to 22, an international enhanced traffic control action will be conducted in 34 European countries members of the Roadpol network, aimed at detecting drivers under the influence of alcohol and psychoactive substances. On June 20, a special ‘Alcohol and Drugs Marathon’ will take place with 24-hour continuous monitoring. The Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that in the first five months of this year, more than 20 drivers were removed from traffic for driving under the influence of alcohol.
