Montenegro Volleyball Team’s Defeat by Finland in CEV Golden League

The Montenegro volleyball team suffered their fourth defeat in the CEV Golden League, losing to Finland 3-0 in the final match of the tournament in Podgorica. Although the difference in class was evident, our players put up a good fight, especially in the first and third sets. The second set was weak, with only 10 points scored. The Montenegro team currently holds the second-to-last place in the standings, and the upcoming tournament in Strumica will be crucial for staying in the league. Opponents will be North Macedonia and Israel, and the last-placed team will be relegated to the CEV Silver League.
