Awards Presented to Top Participants of the Knowledge Olympiad in Montenegro

In Montenegro, awards were presented at a ceremony at the Rectorate of the University of Montenegro to the top participants of the 15th Knowledge Olympiad for primary and secondary school students. Approximately 1000 students from across the country competed in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and programming. Rector Vladimir Božović emphasized the importance of developing young talents and the availability of greater resources for their advancement. Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Miljan Bigović, highlighted the significance of perseverance and effort by young people in an era of rapid information. Organizers and supporters, including the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts and other institutions, contributed to the successful execution of the competition. The best participants received additional awards through cooperation with the Mathematical Club Diofant and have opportunities for further development through summer schools and online programs.
