94% of schools in Serbia hold classes; 6% do not.

In Serbia, classes are being conducted in 94% of schools, while 6% have no classes due to protests. Schools are protesting by stopping work or shortening classes to 30 minutes as a sign of support for students and dissatisfaction with the agreement between the unions and the government regarding salary increases. The Ministry of Education has confirmed the data on class implementation. In some schools, such as the Twelfth Belgrade Gymnasium, inspections have requested disciplinary actions against striking teachers, which could lead to dismissals.
