Montenegro’s President Jakov Milatović participated in the SEECPC summit in Tirana, emphasizing that the ambition of Southeast European countries to join the European Union requires unwavering commitment to implementing reforms. He also stressed the significance of joint infrastructure projects for the region’s economic security. The SEECPC summit gathers 13 countries aiming to strengthen good neighborly relations and cooperation in political, security, and economic areas.
