Bar Boljare Highway: Traffic and Toll in 2024

The Bar-Boljare highway, whose first section was opened on July 13, 2022, has served 1.16 million vehicles since the beginning of 2024. Last year, 2.87 million vehicles passed through the highway. The toll for passenger vehicles is 3.5 euros, while for trucks and buses it is 17 euros. The highway section is 41.5 kilometers long and features numerous bridges, tunnels, and interchanges connecting existing traffic routes. The maximum speed limit is regulated. This highway represents an important infrastructure project for Montenegro, contributing to better connectivity and regional development.
