In Germany, new regulations regarding winter tires have been in effect since October 1st. Only tires with the alpine symbol are recognized, which includes all-season tires. Tires marked with M+S can no longer be used in winter conditions, and the fine for using them is 60 euros, while in the case of an accident, it can increase to 120 euros. The transition period for this change ended in September. These changes are important for drivers from Serbia who are traveling to Germany.
