Marko Ćapan Near Transfer to Zrinjski Mostar

Marko Ćapan, a midfielder for Hajduk, is close to transferring to Zrinjski Mostar, the current champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Although he was a key player and captain of Hajduk’s junior team, he failed to establish himself in the first team. During the 2023/24 season, he was on loan at Široki Brijeg and played only four matches for Hajduk under coach Gattuso. The transfer to Zrinjski could be an opportunity to revive his career. His contract with Hajduk is valid for one more year, and his market value is estimated at 300 thousand euros.

Political Perspectives:

Center: Centrist sources report the transfer as a straightforward sports news item, emphasizing the player’s career trajectory, loan spells, and the potential benefits of the move for both the player and the receiving club, without much editorializing.

Right: Right-leaning media may emphasize the competitive nature of football careers, the necessity for players to prove themselves, and the strategic moves by clubs like Zrinjski Mostar to strengthen their squads by acquiring players who have not fully realized their potential at bigger clubs.
