Severe Traffic Accident near Mrčajevci

On the Čačak-Kraljevo highway near the village of Donja Trepča by Mrčajevci, a severe traffic accident occurred involving two vehicles and a truck. One woman died, while another woman and a three-year-old child were seriously injured and taken to a hospital in Čačak. Traffic on this section was halted during the investigation, causing long vehicle queues that were redirected to alternative routes. The accident was caused by a woman crossing into the opposite lane and colliding directly with a pickup truck, with the truck also being involved in the collision.
