NATO has finally made a “historic” decision to raise defense spending to 5% of GDP for all members, and Donald Trump immediately started threatening Spain to pay double! While Erdogan negotiates fighter jet purchases and Zelensky and Trump discuss ceasefire, a 12-day war between Iran and Israel ended with Israel’s “historic victory,” thanks, of course, to US support. Trump boasts he’s the one who “enabled” NATO changes, while Macron and other European leaders try to calm tensions. Is this really a “historic” moment or just another public spectacle?
