Steve Barsh became frustrated with the high costs of managing short-term rentals of his properties, so he decided to take on the responsibility himself. After he and his wife bought an apartment in Park City, they started renting it out when they weren’t there. Over time, they expanded their business by establishing the company “Parker Chase Properties,” which now manages five properties. Barsh uses artificial intelligence to automate the process and works only a few hours a day. His approach to property management includes providing luxury.
