Boy finds €15,000 at school; police investigate.

An eight-year-old student at an elementary school in Cologne found 15,000 euros hidden in a planter during recess. The money was in 50-euro denominations and covered with soil. The boy informed the school supervisor, who called the police. Although the police suspect that the money was not accidentally lost, there is no evidence of criminal origin. The money has been transferred to the Lost and Found Office, where it will be held for six months. If the owner does not come forward, the boy may receive a reward for the find.
