Here we go again – another diplomatic meeting promising to solve all our crime and terrorism problems! Dačić and Egyptian Interior Minister Mahmud Taufik signed a memorandum on cooperation in fighting crime, terrorism, and illegal migration. Sure, it sounds great on paper, but will anything actually change? Dačić thanked Egypt for their help during the evacuation of Serbian citizens from Israel, the only concrete thing in this sea of diplomatic phrases. The memorandum is an additional boost, they say, but is it just another paper to gather dust?
