Alen Vitasović and Eleonora: Love That Ended, But The Song Remains

Alen Vitasović, the well-known Istrian singer, has finally opened up about what many have been speculating – he and his wife Eleonora no longer live together. Although they kept their marriage away from the public eye, their relationship, which began in 2013, is now on pause. Eleonora is 23 years younger than Alen, and their wedding ceremony was an intimate affair with only the newlyweds and witnesses present.

In the show “Kod nas doma” on HRT, Alen revealed that his new single “Samo ti me ne štufala” is dedicated to those people who stay by your side when times get tough, not just a woman. The song, as he said, was written for his ex-wife Eleonora, with whom he is now separated, but life goes on.

Previously, he was married for almost 20 years to Sandra, with whom he has two children. Alen emphasized that a happy and harmonious marriage requires a lot of understanding and compromise, which was evidently challenging in his second marriage.

Host Iva Šulentić noticed the depth and strength of emotions in his new song, which Alen confirmed, stressing how important it is to have people who don’t give up on you.

Although he did not want to comment further on the separation, it is clear that this story of love, loss, and music that remains has touched many. Alen Vitasović continues his musical journey, and the song “Samo ti me ne štufala” is becoming an anthem for everyone who has ever felt the pain of parting but also the strength of friendship and support.
