Government commission rejects appeal!
Tamara filed an appeal through lawyer Mihailo Volkov, claiming the decision was arbitrary and that her right to defense was violated. However, the government commission rejected the appeal, assessing that the reasons for suspension were justified and the procedure was lawfully conducted. The commission emphasized that the temporary suspension was necessary as a preventive measure to protect the employer’s interests and that she would be allowed active participation in the disciplinary procedure.
