Russian committee investigates attack on Sudža school.

The Russian Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against Colonel Rostislav Karpusha, the commander of the 19th Rocket Brigade of Ukrainian armed formations, for a terrorist attack on a boarding school in the town of Sudzha, Kursk region. The committee stated that the attack resulted in casualties and injuries and that measures are being taken to locate Karpusha and his accomplices. The Russian Ministry of Defense declared the attack a war crime, while Ukrainian claims suggest that the attack was carried out by Russian aviation.
