Podgorica has turned into a battlefield for the elderly! Two young thugs, A.M. (27) and V.M. (26), were arrested after brutally beating a 69-year-old man near the Stari Aerodrom train station. They punched and kicked him in the head and body, then snatched his bag containing money, a mobile phone, and keys. The injuries were so severe that the man had to undergo emergency surgery for a broken jaw. But wait, there’s more! On the same day, in the Konik neighborhood, the same duo followed a 70-year-old woman, ripped her wallet containing about 40 euros, personal documents, and a bank card, and fled. The police acted fast, filed criminal charges for robbery and aggravated theft, and detained the suspects. The investigation continues, and police do not rule out their involvement in other similar attacks.
