Zorica Brunclik and her husband Kemis decided to throw a wedding that everyone will remember! But don’t expect a classic ceremony – this is something completely different. Singer Radiša Urošević arrived at the wedding with his wife, carrying a blue cooler bag from which he pulled out – no less – the wedding cake! Yes, you read that right, the cake came in a cooler bag, not on a fancy tray.
Pink Carpet, Pink Roses, and a Villa Dressed in Gold and Pink
The villa in Krnjača was decorated in lavish gold and pink tones, with a pink carpet and ikebana rose arrangements adorning every corner. Neighbors claim half the neighborhood can hear what Kemis is up to, and the villa is surrounded by fences and cameras, as if a royal event is underway.
A Menu Fit for Royalty
Guests were treated to a menu that sounds more like a royal feast than a typical wedding. The appetizer plate includes four types of cheese, prosciutto aged one year and seven months, budjola, and kulen. Then come cold and hot starters: pressed pork with crispy onions, cabbage sarma, pastrami rolls, lamb in butter, and pork neck in goat whey.
For salad lovers, there are four types, and around 10 PM, charcoal-grilled barbecue is served. After the savory dishes, guests enjoy desserts, with the wedding cake stealing the show – six tiers tall and a meter and a half high! Alongside it, guests can choose from ten types of cakes, a fruit corner with 20 varieties of fruit, and three types of ice cream.
Drinks for Every Taste
To wash it all down, there’s craft beer, luxury spirits, cocktails, and four types of wine. Zorica and Kemis made sure no one goes thirsty.
A 70th Birthday Overshadowed by the Wedding
Although Zorica is celebrating her 70th birthday today, she decided not to celebrate it traditionally, focusing instead on the wedding. The birthday candles will be blown out only on June 28th, on Vidovdan, after the decorations are complete.
No Classic Wedding, But a Renewal of Vows
Zorica made it clear this isn’t a classic wedding in the sense of getting married, as they are already married in church and civilly. They are celebrating 40 years of marriage and renewing their vows. The registrar will come, they’ll extend their contract, and settle who owes what – a true administration of love!
