APR WARNING: Deadline for Financial Reports EXPIRES TODAY, and the Penalty is Ridiculous – Only 3 Dinars Late Fee!

APR reminded all legal entities and entrepreneurs today that June 30 is the final deadline for submitting the regular annual financial report (RGFI). If you thought you could slack off and be late, think again – but the penalty is so ridiculous it might just make you laugh: only 3 dinars for each day of delay! Yes, you read that right, three dinars!

APR explained that documents can still be submitted after the deadline, but no later than the end of the year, with an increased fee of 3 dinars due to late submission. For those who forgot or are in a panic, there is an option to resubmit the report by the end of the year, again with this symbolic penalty.

For auditors, the situation is a bit more complicated – if the report is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the fee is unpaid, the report will not be published. In that case, obligated parties must resubmit the request and documentation, again with the increased fee.

APR also reminded that entrepreneurs and legal entities not obligated to audit can voluntarily submit an audit report by today, June 30, if they want their financial report to be published as complete and accurate.

All necessary information about submitting requests and documentation is available on the APR website, and for additional questions, obligated parties can contact APR via email.

So, if you thought the deadline for submitting financial reports was just another boring bureaucratic detail, think again! APR is here to remind you, and with a penalty so small it’s almost laughable. But don’t fool yourself – it’s better to send the report on time than to chase those 3 dinars per day later.

And while you’re finishing up the paperwork, ask yourself – is this symbolic penalty actually a message that the system isn’t taken seriously, or is it just a way to encourage timely submission? Either way, if you have something to say about this absurd deadline and penalty, feel free to drop a comment. Maybe your joke or critique will spark the real conversation!
