Belgrade was a chaos zone this morning! In the city center, specifically on Knez Miloša street, at around 8:36 PM, a severe traffic accident occurred leaving a 32-year-old man seriously injured. The ambulance service reacted immediately, with 22 teams on duty intervening a total of 41 times at public places across Belgrade. But that’s not all – most interventions were due to minor injuries and alcohol-related conditions, with many patients taken to the VMA toxicology department for detox. Traffic was blocked at multiple locations including Gazela, Autokomanda, and near the Vuk monument, making the situation even worse. The ambulance teams didn’t stop for a second, dealing with chronic patients, hypertensives, asthmatics, and psychiatric cases. All this while Belgrade struggles with daily chaos on the streets and never-ending accidents. Is this the new normal? Traffic jams, alcohol, violence, and nonstop emergency calls – Belgrade seems on the edge of a nervous breakdown. What do you think? Is it time for drastic measures or should we keep pretending everything is fine? Drop a comment, let’s see who’s for chaos and who’s for order!
