Montenegro in Total Traffic Chaos!
In just 24 hours, a staggering 18 traffic accidents were recorded across Montenegro. Two people lost their lives, three were seriously injured, and seven suffered minor injuries. The capital, Podgorica, led the pack with five accidents, while Bar, Budva, Nikšić, Herceg Novi, Šavnik, and Plužine also made the grim list.
Fines are raining down like crazy!
The police didn’t rest – they issued 44 traffic violation reports and confiscated three pairs of license plates. Drivers in Montenegro seem to be racing, not driving on public roads.
The bigger picture is even worse!
In the previous 24 hours, there were 22 traffic accidents, with five seriously injured and twelve lightly injured. Podgorica again topped the list with seven accidents, with Budva and Tivat not far behind. Police then issued 69 violation reports and confiscated eight pairs of license plates.
What’s going on with road safety?
The situation is alarming. Accidents are piling up, and the number of victims is rising. Are drivers careless? Is the infrastructure to blame? Or is it a mix of everything? One thing is clear – something has to change before it’s too late.
Just imagine…
Every day, dozens of people risk their lives on these roads. And us? We just watch the numbers climb. Maybe it’s time for everyone to slow down, buckle up, and stop driving like they’re in a video game.
