Chaos in Montenegro: Abazovic Exposes Deep Security and Moral Crisis!
Montenegro is on the brink of a security collapse, and no one is safe – neither ordinary citizens nor public officials! URE leader Dritan Abazovic doesn’t mince words, openly stating that criminal clashes have returned to the streets, and the current government is the main culprit destroying everything that was good before.
Streets Under Siege by Crime
Abazovic points out that no one hesitates to commit physical attacks anymore, not even against public figures. A recent murder in the old town of Podgorica, where the victim had already been targeted before, is just the tip of the iceberg. While there were zero criminal murders in 2021, this year there have been nearly ten! And who will take responsibility? Of course, no one! It all boils down to praises for the security sector, dismissals, and disciplinary actions, but the result is the same – a cold shower of new crimes.
A Government Destroying Security
Abazovic spares no criticism for the current government, claiming it has undone all the good from the previous period. He says the country is living in a deep security and moral crisis, where institutions mean nothing, and those in power send a message that we live in a dysfunctional society. He calls for a fundamental transformation of the security sector and restoring physical safety for citizens.
Maritime Tradition Sold Off – A Shame for Montenegro
But that’s not all! Abazovic is brutally honest when talking about the sale of two state-owned ships, calling it an “epic disgrace” and a “great humiliation for the country.” Instead of expanding the fleet and restructuring the maritime sector, the current government is selling the only ships the state owns, while still paying off a €35 million loan for them.
The previous government, led by Abazovic, took over the ferry line and bought new ferries, which brought multi-million euro profits – about €10 million annually. Today, instead of continuing this path, the state is selling ships and thus killing Montenegro’s maritime tradition. Abazovic even claims that criminal acts have been committed in the maritime sector and that the Special State Prosecutor’s Office should intervene.
Tourism in Crisis – Where’s the Marketing and Why Are Prices Sky-High?
The tourist season in Montenegro is a disaster. Even though it’s already mid-July, the season hasn’t started properly. There are many reasons: poor infrastructure, weak air connectivity, lack of aggressive marketing, and even negative campaigns by some regional media. To make matters worse, prices are 20-30% higher than competitors, irritating guests.
Abazovic warns there’s no more time for excuses, and if the approach to marketing and pricing doesn’t change, the situation will only get worse. He announces that URE will present the “Montenegro 2.0” program in September, offering ideas to promote the country on the most important global markets.
Conclusion: Who Will Stop This Madness?
Montenegro is on the edge of a security and economic collapse. While criminals roam the streets, the government sells off state property and ignores tourism problems, ordinary citizens are left to fend for themselves. Abazovic is the voice of reason warning about the deep crisis and calling for urgent reforms.
Will anyone finally take responsibility, or will we keep watching the country sink? What do you think about this chaos? Is it time for a revolution or just another cold shower? Drop a comment, let’s see who else is as mad as I am!
