Actor Dejan Matić passed away at the age of 61 after a long illness, as confirmed by the Belgrade Drama Theatre. He was born in Belgrade in 1963 and graduated in acting in 1990. He began his career at Atelje 212 and also performed in other Belgrade theatres. He founded the theater troupe T. Kuguar and the rock band Vis The Kuguars. He was a permanent member of the Belgrade Drama Theatre since 1997. In addition to acting, he was involved in diving and became an instructor.
