The European Central Bank (ECB) has announced that the voting rights of the firms AltaGrupi and Diplomat Pay in Addiko Bank are no longer suspended. The ECB determined that there has been no joint action between these firms since December 10, 2024. Diplomat Pay sold all its shares to the company S-Quad, ceasing to be a shareholder of Addiko. As a result, the voting rights associated with the shares of Alta Group and the former shares of Diplomat Pay are no longer suspended, and the ECB will withdraw the request for the appointment of a trustee.
