Anja Mit, the famous actress from an artistic family, is back in the spotlight! Just five months after divorcing pilot Ognjen Vesić, Anja revealed she is expecting a child with a new partner. Yes, you read that right – while some are still reeling from the divorce, she’s already planning a new baby!
The actress, whose parents are Ivica Mit, a saxophonist, and Jelena Gavrilović, an opera singer, inherited the artistic gene and a flair for the stage. Despite recently going through an emotional breakup, Anja didn’t let that stop her – she even performed on stage during her pregnancy, sending powerful messages about strength and life.
Her first leading theater role was in the play “Balkan Express,” and her mother was the first to hear about her audition and was thrilled. They even performed together in the play “Gypsies Fly the Sky.”
In an interview, Anja revealed that her relationship with her mother on stage is more than professional – her mom supports her backstage, cares for her, and sends little signs of encouragement.
