Arrest of Damir Frključić in Barcelona for Drug Trafficking

Montenegrin citizen Damir Frključić (43), wanted by Montenegro on an international warrant for multiple criminal offenses, was arrested in Barcelona. Frključić is an alleged member of the criminal group led by Radomir Boban Baćović, involved in drug trafficking. The arrest was the result of international police cooperation and a coordinated operation by Spanish police and Interpol Podgorica. Charges have been filed against Frključić and other group members for creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession, and trafficking of narcotics.
