Mass murderer Aco Martinović killed 13 people in Cetinje, including two boys, Jovan and Vukan Vuletić. This tragic event deeply shook the region. Martinović started the massacre in a tavern, continued in different parts of the city, and eventually took his own life. The families of the victims, including members of Martinović’s own family, were left in shock and grief.
