There was smoke at Bambi; no fire or production stop.

In the “Bambi” factory in Požarevac, a fire was reported, but it turned out to be an increased amount of smoke in the chimney, without flames and no production halt. The company stated that the fire photos published with the news were taken in June 2024 and are not authentic. Firefighting teams and police responded quickly, and the relevant services confirmed that the smoke had ceased. At the end of June 2024, a real fire occurred in the factory, but there were no injuries.
