For decades, they hid crime under uniforms, handed out badges based on party loyalty, and controlled institutions from the shadows. But now, arrests are piling up, and the state is finally showing its teeth! Aleksa Bečić, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinator for Operational Coordination of Security Sector Bodies, spares no words regarding the arrest of Marko Drobnjak, head of the security department in Danilovgrad. “They are panicking because their deeply politically entrenched and illegally protected structure is collapsing!” Bečić declares.
Why do they hate vetting? Because Bečić sees all their dirty tracks — how they appointed, promoted, and protected their people, where their power and money come from, and how they abused their positions. “Those who are not guilty should not fear. Those who are clean should rejoice. And those who thought they would be protected forever should know — the state has awakened and is coming for everyone!”

Meanwhile, MP Nikola Zirojević reveals that during the police vetting process, almost 100 officers were suspended, but almost none have been prosecuted. The irony is sharp — while some are arrested for creating criminal organizations, most suspects are still waiting quietly for their fate.
