Swimming for the Holy Cross happens yearly in Serbia.

The Epiphany swimming for the Holy Cross is traditionally held across Serbia. In Belgrade, the event takes place at several locations, including Ada Ciganlija, where the water temperature is around 5 degrees Celsius. There are 54 participants, including members of the Serbian Army, Gendarmerie, and civilians. Swimming is also organized at the Zemun Quay, following a liturgy and procession. The youngest swimmer is thirteen-year-old Strahinja from Užice. A medical examination is advised before swimming.
