Senad Rešović and Dragan Mitrović, alleged members of the criminal group led by Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković, have been returned to custody after the Court of Appeals in Belgrade overturned the decision to replace custody with electronic monitoring. The Higher Court in Belgrade initially ordered this measure on December 27, but the Court of Appeals ordered a reconsideration on January 21. On January 23, the Higher Court reimposed custody due to the risk of flight, the possibility of repeating the criminal offense, and public disturbance.
Senad and Dragan returned to jail after house arrest.
